• Ground Beef (~96 lbs.) — 92% lean, vacuum sealed 1.5 lb. packs
• Savory Cuts (~24 lbs.) — Full Brisket, 4 Short Ribs, 4 Osso Buco, 
• Roast (~12 lbs.) — 4 Top Round Roast
• Other optional — Marrow Bones, Soup Bones, Liver, Heart, Tongue,
